Join our team as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer, where you will play a key role in unraveling and optimizing complex IT workflows, ensuring seamless integration and system efficiency. Responsibilities
• Analyze and document existing ServiceNow workflows to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow integration.
• Conduct regular system maintenance activities, prioritizing minimal user disruption.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
Skills
• Demonstrated expertise in managing ServiceNow operations and system administration.
• Strong understanding of core ServiceNow applications and incident management processes.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed workflow assessments and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive platform documentation and SOPs.
• Strong collaborative skills to work efficiently across cross-functional teams.
