About the Role:
We are seeking an ServiceNow Admin with 5 years of ServiceNow Administration (users, roles, ACLs, instance health).
Requirements
• Familiarity TSM Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Proficient in CMDB management & Discovery.
• Understanding of Configuration (forms, UI policies, business rules, Flow Designer).
• Expertise in Reporting & Performance Analytics.
• Experience in Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) & data imports/exports.
• Understanding of Basic JavaScript scripting.
• Platform upgrades, patching and testing.
• Proficient in ITIL v4 (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB best practices).
• Familiarity with Service Request & Knowledge Management.
