• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development / Administration
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Workflow, Catalog, UI Policy, Client Scripts, etc.
• Experience in implementations, customizations, and integrations
• Ability to understand business requirements and deliver solutions efficiently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
