Required Skill Set
• Experience in custom application design on ServiceNow is beneficial.
• Familiarity with new ServiceNow modules like HRSD and SecOps is a plus.
• Having ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is preferred. Skills in conflict management with stakeholders can enhance team dynamics.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Candidates must have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• They should be certified as ServiceNow Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes is essential.
• Experience in leading implementation projects and mentoring team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions are also a must.”
