Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer – Chicago, IL (U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders Only)
Our client, a leading enterprise in Chicago, IL, is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of their HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and customization of HRSD modules including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, HR Agent Workspace, and Lifecycle Events to drive scalable and efficient HR operations.
• Design and deploy custom applications, workflows, and seamless integrations using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Business) to gather requirements and deliver robust, compliant, and scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Continuously enhance platform performance through code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and HRSD configuration optimization.
• Stay up to date on ServiceNow releases and HRSD advancements, applying the latest features to maximize platform value.
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives by developing and configuring modules such as CMDB, Service Mapping, Knowledge, Employee Center, Incident, Problem, Change, CSM, and Event Management.
• Architect and execute ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Oversee CMDB strategy and optimization, ensuring accurate configuration item (CI) tracking and relationship management.
• Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades and release management, ensuring minimal business disruption.
