Service Now Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to meet our organization’s needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using web services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to end users and other members of the IT team.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, updates, and best practices to continuously improve our implementation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly), UI customization, and workflow configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules is preferred.
• Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL queries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
• Prior experience in IT service management or IT operations is beneficial.
