Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Consultant/Architect (NOW Certified)

Skills & Experience Required:
Primary Skills:
Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Workflow Management
Experience with building and maintaining Dashboards, Chatbots, and Analytics on the ServiceNow platform
Architecture & Implementation:
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in IT industry
Minimum 1 full-cycle ServiceNow implementation as a lead architect
Experience with at least 5 enhancement projects on ServiceNow modules
Platform Knowledge:
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and design principles
Experience with custom app development, integration using APIs, and service catalog/workflow creation
Good to Have:
ITIL certification or working knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience with process documentation, including SOPs and best practices
Exposure to Knowledge Management within ServiceNow
Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and technical implementation of ServiceNow modules
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows
Define integration strategies and ensure smooth interfacing with external systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform alignment with business goals
Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform scalability
Guide and mentor junior team members and review technical deliverables
Engage with stakeholders to document processes and ensure knowledge continuity
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator / Implementation Specialist
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification (preferred)
