Service Now Architect

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

– Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, leading multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

– ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are preferred.

– Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

– Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using various ServiceNow modules and applications.

– Deep understanding of ITIL framework and best practices, and the ability to align ServiceNow solutions with ITIL principles.

– Experience in ServiceNow integration, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

– Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

– Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes.

– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

– Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
