Service Now Administrator

We’re seeking to connect a ServiceNow Administrator with a leading public-sector organization on a contract basis. The role is hybrid, requiring two days onsite per week, and is located in Pontiac, Michigan. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will join a collaborative IT team and leverage your expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Support core ITSM modules including Incident, Change, and CMDB
• Design and implement workflows, integrations, and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Develop and maintain technical and process documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the platform

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
• Strong experience with ITSM modules and platform configuration
• Proficiency with MS 365 Services and .Net technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
