Senior Technology Specialist/Developer (Service Now)

Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Contract Role

A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both project priorities and flexibility and is subject to change over time.

Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Must Haves:
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
• Experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and patching cycles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
