• Have 5+ years of real ServiceNow project experience
• Feel confident both functionally and technically
• Are ready to move from doing projects to teaching how projects actually work
You’ll be training professionals, freshers, and career-switchers using real scenarios—not textbook slides.

You MUST have:
• ✅ Strong depth in ITOM
• ✅ Strong expertise in ANY ONE of:
• ITAM
• GRC
• CSM
Please do not apply if your experience is limited to ITSM only.
We’re specifically looking for multi-module exposure beyond ITSM.

• Scripting and integrations are mandatory
• JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
• REST / SOAP integrations should feel natural to you

It should be in your blood.
We’re looking for people who bring functional mastery + technical depth + enterprise context.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science (or related)
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS / CIS-Implementation) are a plus, not mandatory
• Any prior experience in training, mentoring, or enablement is a big advantage

Training & Delivery
• Deliver full-time instructor-led ServiceNow training
• Teach ITOM + ITAM / GRC / CSM using real project use cases
• Focus on why things work, not just how
• Make learners interview-ready and project-ready
Technical & Curriculum Contribution
• Demonstrate scripting and integrations with real examples
• Help improve curriculum based on what the market actually needs
• Share real implementation challenges, mistakes, and best practices
Mentorship
• Guide learners on career paths and role expectations
• Help them transition confidently into ServiceNow roles
• Act as a trusted practitioner voice within the HackNow ecosystem
Engagement model
• Pure Full-Time
• part-time, freelance, or side hustles
• ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 (in-hand / month)

• Remote (India)
• Pune – Hybrid / onsite preferred if possible
