Apricot Jam is supporting a key player in the beverage and logistics sector in the search for a highly capable Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity — you’ll begin as a contractor and, after 3 months of successful collaboration, have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role directly with the client. Apricot Jam will remain involved throughout to ensure a smooth and well-supported onboarding and transition process.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, AppEngine, HRSD, IRM, and more.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to shape the platform architecture and workflows.
• Optimize existing deployments, align with ITIL processes, and drive innovation using the latest ServiceNow capabilities.
• Operate in an Agile/DevOps environment with high visibility and significant impact.
✅ What You Bring:
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across key modules.
• Proficiency in scripting, integrations, and platform architecture.
• CSA certification and ITIL Foundation v3 or later required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Setup:
• Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Miramar, FL, 2 days remote.
• Supportive transition: Apricot Jam will work closely with both you and the client to ensure a successful outcome.
