Senior ServiceNow Leader / Administrator
Location- Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: Long term contract
Work Arrangement- Hybrid (ONSITE 2-3 days/week)

15 + years of experience level required
Certification:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
Skills Required:
• Hands on ServiceNow administration and development experience Required
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Required
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Required
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, or Performance Analytics.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
