Location: Calgary, AB CAN

Expected Duration: 3 to 6 Months contract with strong possibility of extension

Mode of work: Fully Onsite – 5 days a week

Role Summary – We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / Discovery Developer/Lead to design, implement, and optimize IT Operations Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This role will own Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB data quality, working closely with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to deliver accurate service visibility and operational automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM suite: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB.
• Deep understanding of CMDB design, CI relationships, reconciliation, and normalization.
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CI lifecycle, and CMDB governance.
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
• Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP/APIs.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise tools.
