Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team on-site in Phoenix, AZ. We need someone with mandatory Certifications (CIS Service Mapping and CIS Event Managment). The role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for architectural design, integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools, managing end-to-end implementation, and collaborating with teams to align solutions with business goals. You will also guide and mentor development teams, manage projects effectively, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and developing scalable ITOM solutions
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration with ServiceNow
• Strong Project Management skills, with experience leading end-to-end implementation
• In-depth understanding of ITOM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams
• ServiceNow certifications and experience in ITOM-focused projects are highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
