About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM). This role is ideal for someone who can design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a deep focus on ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Integrate third-party monitoring tools with ServiceNow to enhance ITOM capabilities.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Develop technical solutions and implement custom workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements for enhancements and integrations.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in the CMDB and across the ITOM suite.
• Monitor and improve platform performance and reliability.
Required Skills
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript within ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms via APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
