ABOUT THE JOB

This role supports and at times may lead initiatives as part of our Service Management Platform service model to improve the customer and colleague experience and delivery of productivity targets.
• Development on the NAB’s ServiceNow platform working with a team accountable for the operational capability and the project uplifts to keep the platform current and to integrate other technologies into the platform.
• Roles are accountable for development and build on the ServiceNow platform in one or more of the following areas:
• ITOM
• ITSM
• Integration
• Service Request/Catalogue
• Asset Management
• HR
• SIR

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with developers, product and process owners to meet NAB’s evolving requirements and to manage hotfixes, patches and feature releases successfully into production.
• Implement and maintain integrations in ServiceNow to support NAB’s ‘Always On’ strategy. The successful applicant will work closely with Service Owners and product and process owners to maximize value and to ensure that NAB requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain and enhance the service catalogue and service portal. The successful applicant will lead and facilitate the configuration of workflows, business rules, scripting, business applications.
• The person in this role will support an ongoing process of improvement and consolidation working closely with NAB vendors and NAB teams to deliver a simple and exceptional self-service experience for our consumers.
• Delivery of sustainable improvement solutions and benefits for our customers that meet stakeholder expectations, whilst living the NAB values and behaviors.
• Consistent application of approach aligned to the enterprise frameworks and methodology.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities and delivery of prioritized backlogs
• Demonstrated evidence of applied learnings from retrospectives and showcases

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 4+ years of experience
• Current ServiceNow certification is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery
• Competent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to apply the fundamentals of Change Management throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Effective communication skills with the ability to synthetize data and communicate findings in a meaningful way
• Demonstrated application of Risk Management fundamentals
• Experience in working in a cloud-enabled environment
• Certification in AWS or Azure is desirable
• ITIL certification is desirable
