We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing ServiceNow implementation, platform optimization, and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience and a proven track record with ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions
• Build and enhance Service Catalog items and Employee Center/Service Portal
• Design workflows and automation using Flow Designer
• Support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP
• Create reports, dashboards, and knowledge management solutions
• Participate in full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and migrations
• Develop technical documentation and best practices
Required Skills:
✔️ 10+ years of ServiceNow Development/Administration experience
✔️ Strong experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management)
✔️ Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
✔️ Knowledge of HRSD and CMDB
✔️ Expertise in Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Workflows, and Flow Designer
✔️ REST/SOAP integration experience
✔️ Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
✔️ Experience participating in ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, or migrations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
