Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Herndon, VA (Local candidates preferred – 4 days onsite/week) | Remote candidates will also be considered

Clearance: MBI Required (Active or Eligible)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM implementations, platform customization, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and other third-party platforms.
• Utilize Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs to automate business processes.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements and process improvements.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation guides.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development and Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Portal customization.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• 2+ years of REST API development and integration experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP Concur.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within Federal/Government environments.
