We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead our ServiceNow implementation efforts. This role involves working with both external and internal stakeholders to deliver digital transformation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance service delivery through ServiceNows suite of services.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead the configuration, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Design and implement custom Forms, Reports, Workflows, Dashboards, and tool integrations (e.g., Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Mentor junior developers, guiding them through project complexities and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate across functions to meet business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications
• US Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 14 days of start).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of experience in technology infrastructure design, development, and support.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including experience with ServiceNow upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Agile development and testing methodology familiarity.
• Experience with ServiceNows TSM, TNI, OMT modules, JIRA, Git, and Confluence.
• ITIL foundation certification or better.
• Experience in AWS cloud services, SAFe agile methodology, DevOps/DevSecOps, and CI/CD implementations.
