Senior ServiceNow Architect

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to support enterprise-level initiatives, with a strong focus on platform architecture, integration, and CMDB strategy. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity and engineering, to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.

This is a hands-on architecture role with a focus on distributed development and platform governance, rather than a traditional day-to-day administrative position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise

• Drive integration efforts between ServiceNow and external systems, including cybersecurity tools and platforms

• Own and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) strategy, ensuring data integrity, governance, and scalability

• Collaborate with development teams, providing architectural guidance and best practices

• Define and enforce platform standards, governance, and development frameworks

• Support system performance optimization, scalability, and long-term platform health

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture-level responsibilities

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, including data modeling, governance, and integrations

• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, etc.)

• Experience working in distributed development environments with multiple teams contributing to the platform

• Ability to operate at both strategic (architecture) and hands-on technical levels

• Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical solutions to business needs

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
