Job description:
• Bridge business and infrastructure teams by eliciting, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Support delivery of infrastructure projects and lifecycle activities through planning, coordination, risk/issue tracking, financial tracking, and alignment with project managers and technical leads.
• Ensure change governance and ITSM compliance by managing ServiceNow change records, supporting CAB processes, coordinating pre/post-change activities, and adhering to ITIL and organizational standards.
• Provide reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication through dashboards, KPI/SLA tracking, audit-ready documentation, and proactive communication of changes, risks, and impacts.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
• We use AI-enabled tools to assist in screening applications based on job-related criteria.
