Role Overview
The Sales & Campaign Specialist will work closely with the Founder to drive outbound sales for SQL Leads and execute campaign delivery for agency clients.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Sales (SQL Leads Growth)
• Prospect and engage potential SaaS / IT clients for SQL Leads services.
• Run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to acquire new customers.
• Qualify leads, perform intro calls, and support closure with the Founder.
Client Campaign Execution
• Manage end-to-end outbound sales campaigns for SaaS clients (Atlassian, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
• Build prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Develop, test, and optimize email and LinkedIn sequences for better conversions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for client sales pipelines.
• Maintain CRM hygiene on Zoho / HubSpot for accurate tracking.
Reporting & Analytics
• Track and report metrics like open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, etc.
• Share weekly reports with clients and internal leadership.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS / IT sales, SDR, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn + Email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Dripify, Lemlist, SmartReach, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for US/EMEA client handling.
• Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to analyze outreach performance and optimize campaigns using data.
Preferred Background
• Experience selling/marketing platforms like Salesforce, Atlassian, ServiceNow, Zendesk.
• Experience working in sales agencies, demand generation companies, or GTM roles.
• Understanding of email domain warmup, deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
