Our client, a family-owned Midwestern grocery/retailer that strives to better the lives of people in all communities is in need of a Project Manager with 8+ years of experience for a ServiceNow SPM implementation. This is a 7 month Contract.

Location Preference:
• Onsite M-W – Corp HQ in Walker, MI, Th- Fri remote
• In Michigan
• 6 state footprint (6 states are MI, OH, IN, KY, IL, and WI)
• Remote – US
• This position leads key enterprise-wide ITS and Business area portfolios (multiple programs), programs (multiple projects), and projects.
• This position partners with ITS and all levels of business leadership to prioritize, facilitate, manage, track, and control high-level cross-functional portfolio and program projects that will significantly impact the business.
• Facilitates obtaining the business case and requirements, creates project plans, and makes appropriate adjustments to scope, schedule, budget, and other resources based upon the needs of the projects and programs and is responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project, program, and portfolio work efforts.
• The PMO Project Manager has significant communications accountability to business leaders, ITS leadership, and consultants with regard to project, program, and portfolio strategy, status, and change management.
• Works with ITS and the business to develop metrics and reporting for projects, programs, portfolios, and budgets and builds and maintains scorecards.
• The PMO Project Manager is considered a subject matter expert and is adept at blending the range of services from the Project Management/ITS Business Office with industry best practices in project and portfolio management, budget/procurement, Methodology, metrics/scoreboard, governance and/or ITS workforce management and development.
• The position designs develops and implements the formal project, program, and portfolio management, budget and procurement, Methodology and/or ITS workforce management and development standards, software, processes, templates, and tools that align ITS to corporate goals.
• Communicates, trains, and supports these standards, software, processes, and tools within the ITS department and the business community. Leads the planning of one or more large, cross-functional projects, programs (consisting of multiple related projects), or a portfolio (multiple programs). Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to Project Management Specialists and enterprise-wide project teams.

Project scope:

We will be implementing the ServiceNow SPM module with integrations to other systems to import and export data.

• Must have experience implementing the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio) and PPM (Project Portfolio) Modules
• Must have experience using ServiceNow to manage Agile and Waterfall projects
• Must have experience in documenting processes
