Contract Duration: 01/12/2026 to 01/11/2027

Daily Reponsibilities:
• Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Champions the project’s vision: Ensure the program’s vision and objectives are clearly understood by the project team and applied throughout the project
• Oversee and support workstream leads (if applicable) and PMs across the integrated project plan to ensure successful delivery on time and on budget, achieving the project’s objectives
• Own integrated project plan, status reporting, and issue and risk management for the integrated project (identify, document, support/develop resolutions and mitigations), and appropriately communicate same to program leadership within the documented governance structure, reporting process and escalation protocol.
• Chairs Project Status meetings; supports Work Stream meetings as required; schedules meetings as necessary
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Actively pursue effective and efficient operations in accordance with Scotiabank’s values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk and conduct risk.
• Contributes to a high-performing, inclusive work environment.

Must Have Skills:
• 4 years of project management experience in corporate functions like HR.
• Expert familiarity with Project management disciplines and tools
• 4 years running complex projects, preferably with experience in HR Technology
• Strong financial acumen is required
• 4 years of recent experience with MS Project
• Expert level experience with MS Office tools like Advanced Excel (Pivot tables), PowerPoint.
• Certification in project management (PMP)

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Previous experience with ServiceNow implementations is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal/written) is preferred
• 2+ years of experience with Clarity PPM
• Strong knowledge of the Bank, or FIs is preferred
• Experience with AI tools and Microsoft Copilot is considered an asset.

• Must be proactive, self-Starter and capable of learning new ways of doing things
• Capable of moving forward through complex situations
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders including senior leadership

Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• Certification in project management (PMP)
• ServiceNow certifications will be an asset
