Experience Requirements
• 7+ years of IT product development, engineering, or project delivery, with emphasis on software lifecycle management.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams through complex product or technology delivery in high-tech or government environments.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, release planning, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong background in ServiceNow platform integration and post-deployment support.
• Familiarity with Agile, iterative methods, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Experience with government procurement and IT project governance (preferably Florida 60GG-1 through 5, F.A.C.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying product functionality, performance metrics, and progress.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint 365, Microsoft Project, and collaboration/product planning tools.
