We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of consumer-focused digital products within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will oversee product features and experiences that support critical business functions and market segments. This role requires collaboration with technical and business teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions. You will drive the product roadmap, define technical requirements, and ensure successful product delivery while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and performance metrics. Responsibilities
• Own and manage suites of application features or experiences serving key business functions or market segments
• Lead delivery of digital experiences across ServiceNow CX/EX platforms ensuring scalability and consistency
• Drive solution design for foundational UX components to establish seamless user interactions
• Collaborate with microservices product teams to align priorities and roadmaps
• Develop detailed technical requirements and user stories for engineering teams
• Participate in product planning and roadmap development
• Engage with internal and external clients to understand requirements and business needs
• Assess technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints in coordination with technology teams
• Define product performance metrics to measure success and effectiveness
• Conduct research and produce data-driven insights from primary and secondary sources
• Partner with SaaS operations, security, architecture, and engineering teams for iterative delivery
• Incorporate visual and written techniques such as sequence diagrams and mockups into product requirements
• Create data flows and technical specifications as needed
• Manage product delivery phases including proof of concept, beta releases, public launch, and ongoing updates
• Resolve technical blockers and coordinate solutions across multiple technical teams
• Ensure internal product compatibility with APIs and user experiences to support use cases
• Maintain ownership of user documentation for products
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative product features

Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of product management experience
• Proven experience managing consumer-focused digital products
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Background in software development, testing, or technical consulting including familiarity with Now Platform and ServiceNow applications
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based solutions
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Slack
• Experience in product lifecycle management and product visioning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to guide product decisions
• Experience with enterprise customer experience solutions

Nice to have
• Experience implementing learning solutions
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with Bay Area market or location
