The Developer role is the key technical role for the Global ServiceNow Platform. The role works on design, development, and operational support of the Platform and business and IT developments on the ServiceNow Platform and is responsible for technical design (architecture) and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on agile ServiceNow platform development.
• Lead ongoing platform enhancements and releases.
• Implement DevOps principles for automated support mechanisms.
• Drive innovation and identify new technical developments.
• Support, coach, and mentor team members.

• Experience in ServiceNow configuration and custom development is desirable but not a necessity. The development will be offered for those new to the technology.
• Desirable: Agile and DevOps experience.
• Essential: Configuration, scripting, integration knowledge.
• Essential: ITSM and ITIL process understanding.
• Essential: ServiceNow Developer certification or willingness to obtain.
• Essential: Proficient in Business English.
• Essential: Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset.
