Job Summary
The PC Platform Architect provides strategic and technical leadership across large-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring enterprise-wide platform alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Define enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap
• Lead complex, multi-domain implementations
• Govern platform usage, customization, and integrations
• Align ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture frameworks
• Mentor architects and senior developers
Required Skills
• Strong enterprise architecture and ServiceNow governance experience
• Deep multi-domain ServiceNow expertise
• Experience with large, complex enterprise environments
Mandatory Certifications
• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CIS (Domain-based ITSM, CSM, etc.)
• CTA or Equivalent
• Application Developer Certification
• ITIL Foundation
• TOGAF or IT4IT Certification
