Operational Analyst – SAM Pro

Job Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst to support software license tracking, compliance, and reporting activities. The role involves maintaining software assets in ServiceNow, monitoring license usage, supporting vendor audits, and collaborating with internal IT teams to ensure license compliance and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and track software licenses in ServiceNow SAM.
• Manage software entitlements, contracts, and usage data.
• Support license reconciliation, compliance, and vendor audits (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe).
• Maintain software models, normalization, and asset records.
• Generate reports on software usage, compliance, and optimization.
• Collaborate with IT Asset Management, Procurement, and IT Operations teams.

Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow platform and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Understanding of software licensing models (per user, per device, subscription).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
