• 12-14 Years Relevant experience into ServiceNow with Technical Architect expertise.2. Strong knowledge & expertise on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, Mid-Server areas
• Good knowledge & hands on experience into Integration through Rest API.
• Strong knowledge on both development & Admin activities.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Instance Upgrade & Cloning activities.
• Strong communication Knowledge to get the requirements from user/ Customer end.
