Position: Senior ServiceNow CMDB Expert

Location: Remote – Hyderabad

Duration: Long term

Work hours – 6 PM to 2 AM

Mandatory Key Skills
• Strong understanding of CMDB principles and ServiceNow CMDB platform (5 years).
• Strong understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITIL/ITSM frameworks (5 years).
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Service Mapping and ITIL/ITSM frameworks (5 years).
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow reporting services (5 years).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools including Excel, Power Point, ServiceNow reporting (7 years).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills (5 years).
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft, review, and refine policies, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
