Role: ServiceNow S2P Business Analyst
Location: Multiple locations
Duration: Long-term
Role Focus
Bridges business procurement needs with ServiceNow S2P solutions (Procurement, Finance, Vendors).
Key Responsibilities
• Gather & document business requirements for S2P lifecycle (Sourcing Contract Procurement Invoicing Payment)
• Work with modules:
• Procurement Service Management (PSM)
• Vendor Management
• Contract Management
• Integration with ERP (SAP / Oracle / Workday)
• Create:
• BRDs, FRDs, user stories
• Process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Support:
• UAT testing
• Stakeholder workshops
• Change & release management
• Translate business needs to developers
Required Skills
• Strong Procurement & Finance domain
• ServiceNow S2P / PSM knowledge
• Workflow & data modeling understanding
• Stakeholder communication
• Agile / Scrum
Tools
• ServiceNow Studio (functional)
• Jira / Azure DevOps
• Visio / Lucidchart
