We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to work with one of our clients, an Investment Bank based in Montreal.

Main Objective:

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for providing development services and platform support within the Canada/AMER Pacific time zone. This role supports a global production support team operating under a follow-the-sun model to ensure continuous service coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business needs and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and configure new features in line with ServiceNow best practices
• Follow Agile development processes and contribute to ServiceNow release activities
• Set up and maintain technical configurations of Service Catalogs for internal business units
• Create test plans and deployment runbooks for platform enhancements
• Manage data imports, reporting, UI design, workflow development, and other configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to the ServiceNow platform
• Provide support coverage for North and South America time zones
• Collaborate closely with a global ServiceNow production support team

Required Qualifications:
• Current ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA)
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development within complex IT environments
• Hands-on experience working in Agile (Scrum) teams
• ITSM/ITIL certification is a strong asset

• Ability to understand complex systems and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities or projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical topics clearly to varied audiences
• A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and keeping up with evolving technology trends and best practices
