Are you an expert in ServiceNow looking to lead high-impact digital workplace transformations? Our client is seeking a Managing Consultant to design and deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions that drive measurable business outcomes within enterprise environments.

As a Managing Consultant specialising in Digital Workplace and Employee Digital Services, you will shape and deliver intelligent ServiceNow workflows that optimise service management and enhance employee experience. Your work will centre on enabling Agentic AI, implementing AI Control Tower governance, and conducting ROI benefit analysis to ensure clients realise tangible value from AI-driven automation.

You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with clients to analyse, design, and implement scalable workflows across ITSM, HR, and cross-enterprise functions, driving adoption and platform maturity.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of intelligent, agent-driven workflows leveraging ServiceNow Agentic AI Fabric and related AI capabilities.
• Champion governance and monitoring via AI Control Tower to ensure performance, compliance, and ROI.
• Consult with clients to align ServiceNow capabilities with strategic business objectives.
• Analyse and optimise ITSM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows using low-code/no-code tools.
• Drive platform adoption through enablement, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Deliver actionable insights using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting.
• Support governance frameworks and lifecycle management to ensure sustainable platform growth.
• Collaborate with business development teams to identify growth opportunities and support pre-sales activities.

What You’ll Need
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with ServiceNow Agentic AI Fabric or similar AI agent orchestration systems.
• Familiarity with AI Control Tower for governance, monitoring, and ROI analysis of AI workflows.
• Strong scripting and configuration skills using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and data-driven reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver ROI-focused outcomes using AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, or other modules).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Agile or Scrum certification.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A) communication patterns.
• Experience designing multi-agent orchestration strategies across ITSM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows.
