• Previous experience from HTML, JavaScript, SQL and ITIL.
• Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, FSM, APM or similar.
• Experience managing or leading a team previously is advantageous but not essential.
• Certifications are advantageous.
