Description And Requirements
• 10 years of experience in delivering and leading IT solutions for large organizations
• In-depth knowledge on ServiceNow technologies and its implementation
• Hands-on experience on Integrations and portal
• Experience on gathering requirements, design functional and technical solutions
• Experience on end to end SDLC process and its lifecycle
• Experience in managing agile development teams using SCRUM principles
• Manage multiple projects, govern, and oversee quality and timelines.
• Cross collaboration with other IT development teams, business teams and product development teams
• Responsible to work with different team for prioritization of backlog, estimations and sprint planning
• Act as a single focal on managing all escalation and help required
• Provide technical guidance and oversight during solutions implementation
• Build relationships with Product and Engineering teams to support cadence and execution of critical strategic planning deliverables as well as leadership reporting and dashboards for Leadership Updates and Quarterly/Monthly Business Reviews – gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing disparate data from product, engineering and horizontal functions
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio). Experience developing executive mgmt. and C-level presentations required
• Identify, resolve in a proactive manner any issues that are identified through failures, problem resolution and management or changes to product and service deployments.
