Lead ServiceNow HRSD & Employee Center Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Employee Center Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Employee Experience solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center / Employee Center Pro, Case & Knowledge Management, Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions, and HR Systems Integrations. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership teams and drive end-to-end solution architecture, roadmap planning, governance, and delivery.

This is a highly visible client-facing role requiring strong consulting, architecture, stakeholder management, and ServiceNow platform expertise.

Mandatory Certifications

Required
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR)

Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Employee Center
• ITIL v4 Foundation

Required Experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• 5+ years of dedicated HRSD experience
• 3+ years architecting and implementing Employee Center or Employee Center Pro
• 3+ full lifecycle HRSD implementations
• Experience serving as Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect
• Experience leading workshops, architecture reviews, and executive stakeholder discussions

• Architect and implement ServiceNow Employee Center and Employee Center Pro solutions
• Design employee journeys, topic pages, landing pages, content targeting, and personalization
• Define Employee Center information architecture and navigation models
• Implement Employee Center widgets, experiences, and integrations
• Drive Employee Self-Service strategy and adoption

HR Service Delivery Architecture

Lead architecture and implementation of:
• HR Case Management
• HR Knowledge Management
• HR Agent Workspace
• HR Service Catalog
• Employee Relations

Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions

Design and implement:
• New Hire Onboarding
• Internal Transfers
• Offboarding
• Task Orchestration
• Approval Workflows

Employee Document Management

Implement and govern:
• HR Document Templates
• Document Generation
• Retention Policies
• Compliance Controls

HR System Integrations

Architect integrations between ServiceNow and:
• Workday
• SAP SuccessFactors
• Oracle HCM Cloud
• ADP
• Azure Active Directory
• Okta

Using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• Integration Hub
• MID Server
• IntegrationHub Spokes

Architecture & Governance
• Produce HLDs and LLDs
• Define data models and governance standards
• Establish security architecture and ACL strategy
• Lead platform design reviews
• Define upgrade and release strategies
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices

Consulting & Client Engagement
• Lead discovery workshops
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Present architecture recommendations to executives
• Facilitate design sessions
• Provide roadmap and implementation guidance

· Produced enterprise-level solution design documentation

· Served as the primary technical advisor for HR transformation programs
