ServiceNow Project Lead
We’re looking for someone who really knows ServiceNow and Service Manager to lead a new team at a state healthcare agency in South Carolina. This is for their Medicaid IT operations, so you’d be working on systems that actually matter to people.
What you’d be doing:
Managing and maintaining Service Manager requests from intake through resolution
Leading technical projects in a healthcare IT environment
Building and improving workflows for IT service delivery
Working with the agency’s IT support team statewide
What we need from you:
Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially the Service Manager module
ITSM operations background — you know Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management
Project leadership experience — you can run things, not just work tickets
Healthcare IT background is a plus but not required if you’ve worked in other regulated environments
The setup:
This is a new position, so you’d be building something from scratch
12-month contract with strong potential to extend
Fully on-site in Columbia, SC — every day, five days a week
You need to already live in South Carolina or be willing to relocate before you start (at your own expense)
