Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities
• ServiceNow IRM functional knowledge is must require.
• Would play the role of a lead for junior team members, and would be expected to mentor, coach and train them on ServiceNow technology concepts and provide timely continuous feedback.
• Would be expected to actively participate in necessary practice development initiatives.
• Working with the KPMG onshore counterparts as part of project/engagement delivery.
• Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality standards within the established turnaround time and allotted budget for the project
• Ensuring personal and the team’s compliance with the applicable KPMG Risk Management policies & KPMG proprietary tools
• Map customer requirements to ServiceNow GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems and tools, as required
• Should have good knowledge of Risk, Policy and Compliance, Audit, Issue Management modules of IRM application.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications
• BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc-IT in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• ServiceNow GRC certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC (CIS -RC), Certified System Administrator(CSA)), CAD are highly desirable

Work Experience
• The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of total experience.
• The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services organization.
• The candidate must have experience in end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation.
• The candidate should have experience story creation, requirement gathering, conducting workshops & demos.
• Being able to participate in and/or watch business requirements recorded sessions. Come prepared to daily stand ups with questions on requirements.
• Translate business requirements into quality user stories with limited supervision
• Partner with our technical delivery team to ensure user stories are understood for proper product development
• Develop mockups as visual aides to support the user stories
• Support administrative tasks such as management of Rally activities within the AIG VDI
• Develop final click through materials representative of the configured product with text overlay providing a user manual for our client
• Develop quick reference guides to support training activities
