Job Title: ServiceNow Master Architect
Location: Remote (with potential client travel as needed)
Type: 6+ Month Contract-to-Hire (Associate Director Conversion Potential)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Master Architect to lead technical delivery and shape platform strategy as part of a large-scale internal ServiceNow transformation program.
This role blends 70% technical delivery with 30% strategic advisory, requiring a leader who can architect solutions, mentor teams, and engage with executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for ServiceNow, driving platform strategy and roadmap. Lead design and delivery across multiple modules (IRM, ITOM/ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, or custom apps).
- Architect and build enterprise-grade solutions while guiding developers and technical leads. Define and enforce platform best practices, governance, and performance standards.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10–12+ years of progressive ServiceNow experience (Developer → Technical Architect → Enterprise/Master Architect).
- Deep technical expertise across 4–5+ ServiceNow modules, including custom app development. Strong hands-on development/configuration skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, APIs).
- Experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions while shaping platform governance.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work with both executives and technical teams.
- Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow CIS certifications across IRM, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, or CSM. CMA or CTA certification a plus, but not required.
- Consulting background with enterprise-scale client delivery.
