Must-haves

– 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project or Program Manager

– Experience working on a ServiceNow product implementations, upgrades, and expansions

On a day to day they will be responsible for:

– Manage large scale technical projects involving implementation and integration of the ServiceNow platform

– Manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects

– Work with technical and non-technical teams, including Operations, Support, Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering teams, and QA teams for efficient and effective delivery and resolution of project issues and escalations

– Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management

– Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement
