• ServiceNow Developer – 4+ years of experienced.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform development, customization, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, excellent scripting skills, and a proven ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Web Technologies: Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• ServiceNow Development: Minimum 4+ years of exclusive experience working on modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM.
• Scripting Expertise: Skilled in server‑side scripting (GlideScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes) and client‑side scripting (GlideAjax, Client Scripts, g_scratchpad).
• Integrations: Proven experience with REST and SOAP API integrations; configure and manage seamless data flows between ServiceNow and third‑party systems.
• Platform Tools: Hands‑on with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets, and other ServiceNow development tools.
• Customization: Design, develop, and configure custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Administration: Manage user accounts, groups, ACLs, and perform system upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure platform stability, monitor health and usage, and maintain compliance standards.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and database concepts.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications preferred:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
