Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Director located in Riyadh. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for managing HR policies, fostering employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role requires an on-site presence in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

1- Strategic HR Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Lead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent to support organizational growth and success.
• Analyze workforce trends, labor market conditions, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision-making.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality employees.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
• Establish and maintain hiring standards, policies, and procedures to ensure fairness, compliance, and efficiency.
• Implement onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
• Provide leadership and guidance on performance management, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess organizational climate and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities and fair treatment for all employees.

4. Compensation and Benefits Management:
• Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry.
• Manage salary structures, incentive programs, and performance-based rewards systems.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll practices.
• Communicate effectively with employees about compensation and benefits programs, policies, and changes.

5. HR Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, advising management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
• Oversee HR audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related compliance issues and risk management strategies.

6. Leadership and Development:
• Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop HR staff members, providing opportunities for growth and skill development.
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
• Lead change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to support business goals.
• Act as a champion for HR innovation, driving the adoption of best practices, technology solutions, and process improvements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree may be preferred.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and management in HR roles, with at least 8-10 years of progressive experience in the Saudi market.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to support strategic HR planning and decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of HR professionals.
• Arabic language is a must
• Professional HR certifications
