French Speaking ServiceNow ITOM Architect

We are currently supporting a growing organisation looking to hire a French Speaking ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions across complex environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional who enjoys combining architecture, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership within large transformation programmes.

The Role You will be responsible for:

• Leading the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITOM solutions

• Driving best practice across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB

• Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership

• Supporting enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation initiatives

• Defining scalable and future-proof platform architecture

• Providing technical leadership across integrations, automation, and platform optimisation

• Mentoring consultants and developers within the wider ServiceNow team

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow ITOM Architect or Senior Technical Architect

• Strong hands-on experience across:

• Discovery

• Service Mapping

• CMDB

• Event Management

• ITSM

• Strong understanding of integrations and enterprise architecture principles

• Experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent French and English language skills are essential

Certifications ServiceNow certifications highly desirable, including:

• CSA

• CIS-ITSM

• CIS-Discovery

• CIS-Service Mapping

Working Model

This role is based in Paris with a hybrid working model.

Salary

The salary range for this position is approximately €90,000 – €120,000 depending on experience, certifications, and architectural exposure within enterprise ServiceNow environments.
