We are looking for an experienced ESM Architect with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow Fit-to-Standard implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops for ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Workflows, and Knowledge Management
Act as the bridge between IT process owners and technical development teams
Drive adoption of ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations
Ensure process design supports CMDB data integrity and future AI/automation readiness
Challenge legacy IT processes and guide organizations toward industry-standard workflows
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in ITIL V4
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
Proven experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM) architecture
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence business and IT teams toward standardized solutions
