Change Management w/ServiceNow

Introduction

This role drives the execution and adoption of enterprise change initiatives within a dynamic banking environment. The role leads stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies while ensuring alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC requirements. The position partners across business and technology teams to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes, leveraging data and metrics to track effectiveness and support decision-making. Strong leadership, change management expertise, and the ability to influence at all levels are key to success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience in working on projects using matured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and models: i.e., Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.

• At least 5-8 years of experience in change management

• At least 2 years of project management/lead experience

• QA Process/Methodology and Business acumen in technical development organization

• Experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, and Test Management System

• JQL within Jira and other applications

• Working experience in a Global organization

• Working experience with onshore/offshore model

• Prior work experience at client or in client’s Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years Change Management or Project Management Experience

• 5-7 years Banking domain experience supporting; prefer prior Client experience

• 3-4 years Governance

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work on the day-to-day Change Governance activities and priorities

• Help facilitate and prepare for the upcoming Service Management Transformation Program

• Ensure no external client interaction
