The Change/IRM Automation Engineer bridges the gap between IT Governance (Risk & Compliance) and technical automation. The role focuses on automating Change Enablement, Regulatory Change Management, and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring ITIL compliance while speeding up delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Automation Development: Build and maintain automated workflows for Change Management (Change Advisory Board automation) and IRM modules using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and IntegrationHub.
• IRM/GRC Implementation: Configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Operational Resilience.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate change controls with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to automate regulatory compliance and risk assessments.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all automated processes adhere to risk, audit, and governance standards. Proactively identify gaps in current change processes.
• Reporting: Develop dashboards and risk reports for leadership to track change velocity and compliance metrics.
