Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation
Ability to create technical / process documents
Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated experience presenting and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to Managers.
Base Salary Range: $80,000 / Annum – $120,000 / Annum
