Title: Business Analyst (ServiceNow ITOM implementations)
Duration: Oct 2025 – April 2025 (possible extension)
Location: Hybrid –2 days onsite/3 days remote (subject to change)
Must Haves:
• 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
• 5+ years Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB processes.
• 5+ years Proven ability to gather requirements, translate into stories/use cases, and validate with stakeholders.
• 5+ years Experience with CMDB health, CSDM alignment, and ITOM process improvement.
Nice to Have:
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance boards.
