Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise to support banking domain initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and ServiceNow developers to gather requirements, document processes, and support ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams

Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog

Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams

Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking

Ensure solutions align with banking regulations, compliance, and risk standards

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Required Skills:

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow

Solid experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain

Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools

Nice to Have:

Experience working in large banking environments

Exposure to risk, compliance, or regulatory projects
